This purpose of this guide is to provide an overview of maintenance upgrades and updating the Evelyn Partners mobile app on your device
The mobile app
To continue to provide you with improved features and security, there will be occasions when the mobile app is not available.
If you try to access the app during one of the scheduled maintenance windows, you will see the image on the right.
Please close the app and try again later.
Updating the mobile app
When the mobile app has been changed, for example, to implement a new feature or fix an issue, you will be required to update the version on your device.
When this happens, the image on the right will be displayed and you will be prompted to go either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device to download and install the latest version.
It is important to note that you will not be able to use the mobile app until you have updated it.
TIP: If your device is set to install updates automatically, the app will be updated in the background for you. For help on how to configure automatic updating, please refer to your device manufacturer’s help pages. |
