The Joint Administrators wrote to all known clients of PSG SIPP Limited and their advisers by email or post on 28 October 2024 regarding the administration and the sale of the business.

This website will be used to provide clients and creditors with information regarding the Administration of PSG SIPP Limited (‘PSGS’, the ‘Company’). It will be updated as further information becomes available.

Immediately following their appointment, the Joint Administrators completed a sale of PSGS’s business and certain of its assets, including all SIPP schemes except for the Unity SIPP, to Alltrust Services Limited (‘Alltrust’). PSGS’s employees and directors have transferred to Alltrust as part of this transaction and their contact details will initially remain the same.

Simultaneous with the sale to Alltrust the Joint Administrators exchanged contracts with London & Colonial Services Limited (“London & Colonial”) for a transfer of PSGS’ Unity SIPP business. 
On 31 October 2024, London & Colonial changed its name to Pathlines Pensions UK Limited (“Pathlines Pensions”)

An agreement was in place whereby PSGS’s former staff will continue to administer the Unity SIPP until the sale to Pathlines Pensions completed. 

The Joint Administrators completed the sale of the Unity SIPP business to Pathlines Pensions on 9 January 2025.

Pathlines Pensions uses a third-party administrator called Options UK Personal Pensions LLP to complete the day-to-day administration of its pensions and this includes the Unity SIPP. They can be contacted on 0330 124 1505 or optionsdv@optionspensions.com.

Non Unity SIPP clients, are advised to continue to direct any queries regarding their SIPPS directly to their existing scheme manager using their usual contact details.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators (Adam Stephens and Christopher Allen), who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability. Adam Stephens and Christopher Allen are licensed as insolvency practitioners in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
