European MiFID Template (EMT)

An industry standard document that provides a description of the minimum set of data (defining a product’s target market, distribution strategy which is consistent with the identified target market and disclosing its costs and charges) from product manufacturers of financial instruments to distributors, firms who distribute these products.

Further information on the intended target market for the Sub-Funds is available from the ACD upon request. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any of the Sub-Funds, you should consult an appropriately qualified financial adviser prior to making an investment.

These Sub-Funds are suitable for all investor types of all levels of knowledge and experience coming into the Sub-fund from all available distribution channels. Investors should be seeking no capital guarantee and be able to bear losses up to their full investment.

These Sub-funds are designed for retail investors who want to achieve long term (at least 5 years) capital growth through investing primarily in companies globally using the expertise of the Investment Manager; can meet the minimum investment levels; are able to commit to a long term (at least 5 years) investment in the Sub-fund and take the risk of losing part or all of their investment capital; and who understand and are willing to take the risks involved in investing in the Sub-fund. 

All investors are expected to have also read the relevant Key Investor Information Document (KIID) which is intended to help investors understand the nature and risks of investing in the Sub-Funds.

SVS WAM Growth Fund

These Sub-Funds are suitable for all investor types of all levels of knowledge and experience coming into the Sub-fund from all available distribution channels. Investors should be seeking no capital guarantee and be able to bear losses up to their full investment.

These Sub-funds are designed for private investors who want to achieve long term (at least 5 years) growth through investing primarily in companies globally using the expertise of the Investment Manager, balanced with capital preservation and income generation; can meet the minimum investment levels; and who understand and are willing to take the risks involved in investing in the Sub-fund.

All investors are expected to have also read the relevant Key Investor Information Document (KIID) which is intended to help investors understand the nature and risks of investing in the Sub-Funds.
