Suki Copeland, Group Human Resources Director

Leading financial planning and investment advisory group Tilney Bestinvest has appointed experienced Human Resources professional Suki Copeland as its new Group Human Resources Director. Suki will be based in the firm’s Mayfair headquarters and will report to Chief Executive, Peter Hall.

Suki joins Tilney Bestinvest from Charles Stanley, where she led the UK investment management firm’s HR function for four successful years during a period of considerable change, from both an external regulatory and an internal perspective. Prior to this, Suki spent six years as Head of HR at Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe, the European arm of the third largest US insurer. Outside of the financial services industry, she has also directed HR operations at global law firms Herbert Smith and Allen & Overy.

Suki has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 1997, and is also a member of the British Psychological Society. She is always keen to find new personal challenges to undertake, and has previously completed the London Marathon, climbed Kilimanjaro and completed a John O’Groats to Land’s End cycle. She has also undertaken charitable work in Kathmandu during a sabbatical in Nepal.
