Leading UK wealth management firm Evelyn Partners, which is entrusted with over £63 billion of its clients’ assets, is hosting a Personal Injury and Court of Protection Masterclass at its Leeds office on Thursday April 10.
The masterclass, tailored specifically to provide support for Personal Injury and Court of Protection practitioners, will see guest speakers, including legal and care services experts, tackle some of the key issues facing this specialist sector on a daily basis.
Attendees will receive insights on current care challenges and how to weather them, a practical guide to catastrophic brain injury claims, an overview of statutory wills and gifting and analysis on welfare and deprivation of liberty matters for property and affairs deputies.
The full-day event, which runs from 9am to 5pm will include two networking sessions with attendees also able to request certificates of attendance after the event.
