Evelyn Partners is pleased to announce that it has further strengthened its fast-growing Professional Services arm with the acquisition of ReSolve Advisory, an award winning**, provider of restructuring and business advisory services based in Charing Cross, London.
Founded in 2006 by Cameron Gunn and Mark Supperstone, ReSolve provides a wide range of advisory services to help businesses navigate complex challenges. Its expertise includes restructuring, insolvency and administration services alongside strategic advice and assistance for companies requiring turnaround services. Examples of companies it has worked with include Everest, TM Lewin, London Irish and Jessops.
The acquisition sees 60 employees including 12 partners and directors join Evelyn Partners as part of its Recovery & Restructuring Services team.

*Since the start of 2023, Evelyn Partners has acquired Leathers LLP (Newcastle and Harrogate), Ashcroft Partnership LLP (Cambridge), Creaseys (Tunbridge Wells), Harwood Hutton (Beaconsfield), Haines Watts North (Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle) and a leading international disputes team for its Forensic Services practice from KPMG.
**ReSolve won Corporate Restructuring Firm of the Year in 2020, 2021 and 2022 and Corporate Rescue of the Year in 2020 at the TRI (Turnaround, Restructuring & Insolvency) Awards. ReSolve is nominated in five categories at this year’s awards.
