Stephen specialises in advising a wide range private businesses and their owners across various sectors. He works with entrepreneurs’ and family businesses to understand their objectives and challenges and advise on structuring their corporate and personal affairs tax efficiently.

Stephen has specialised in property transactions and structuring the ownership of property for UK and overseas investors.

Over his career he has advised on a wide range of tax issues including group reorganisations, demergers, incorporations of trading businesses and property portfolios, acquisitions and sales of companies including tax due diligence and management incentives.

Experience

Stephen joined Creaseys (which merged with Evelyn Partners in November 2023) in May 2019. Prior to that he worked for a Big Four firm for over 25 years in a Private Business tax team.
