Experience

Paul is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and has spent the last six years working with Evelyn Partners within the Serious Injury & CoP Team.

Paul has more than 10 years’ experience as a Financial Planner, specialising in advice for those affected by serious injury, both pre and post-settlement. Paul has been involved in many high value cases from a financial planning perspective and regularly provides advice for litigators, professional trustees and deputies, including periodical payment orders and pension loss, as well as CoP applications, in particular those involving gifting, statutory wills and more complex applications.

Paul is an integral member of the Personal Injury & CoP Team.
Paul regularly leads charitable events to raise monies for those affected by Personal Injury.
Paul is a keen walker spending much of his time in the lake District and other mountain ranges.
