Nick focuses on advising companies in a range of sectors including private equity backed and AIM listed businesses, many of whom are going through change including acquisitions, growth and exits. Nick joined Evelyn Partners (formerly Smith and Williamson) in 2017 and prior to that he spent 17 years in a Big 4 firm.
