Experience

Neil is a partner in our Transaction Services team who specialises in supporting companies undertaking capital market transactions. In addition to core financial due diligence, he has over 17 years of experience of providing Reporting Accountant, IPO readiness and IPO and Transaction assist services to companies seeking to IPO on AIM or the Main market or, for Main board listed companies, undertaking significant acquisitions. He has worked with companies across a wide range of geographies and industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and retail.

He joined S&W in December 2021 from Deloitte’s Capital Markets team. Prior to that he was a Director in PwC’s dedicated Capital Markets team and a member of two management teams seeking to IPO private equity backed businesses.
