Mark is a regional managing partner for our Guildford, Jersey and Tunbridge Wells offices. Mark is a Real Estate sector specialist and is also an expert on tax matters for insolvent businesses leading the support provided by the tax business to internal and external Restructuring teams.

Mark has advised on a variety of issues including transactions and restructuring at both corporate and shareholders levels

Experience

Mark provides advice to businesses and their owners, many with cross border operations and interests. He advises on structuring, profit extraction and ongoing tax compliance matters and has acted on a range of transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts and financing.

Mark’s client base includes entrepreneurs, listed companies, private banks and family offices, assisting many with their tax profile and tax risks
