James Thompson

James specialises in advising businesses on restructuring and turnaround solutions with expertise in evaluating businesses to create Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), trading administrations, and performing due diligence and transaction reviews for investment opportunities.

James has managed the team responsible for the sales of Lignia Wood Company, Brickvest and Skills Matter, as well as a complex IBR for a manufacturer of carbon fibre. He also has experience performing due diligence on and managing the acquisition of  various businesses.

James is a JIEB qualified, Chartered Certified Accountant.
