Experience
Iain joined Smith & Williamson in 2007, having studied for a degree in Actuarial Mathematics & Statistics. Iain’s career has been spent managing both institutional investments and private client portfolios, acting for a variety of clients across a range of strategies.
Iain advises clients with newly-acquired wealth and those gradually growing their investment pool, as well as those with longstanding and inherited assets. Management of family groups is prevalent, in some cases advising no fewer than four generations of the same family.
