Dom is a Senior Manager specialising in Tax Dispute Resolution at Evelyn Partners. He has spent the past 10 years in practice – working with individuals, businesses, trusts and estates to resolve complex tax issues and settle past tax liabilities (as well as interest and possible penalties). These typically involve contentious technical/factual considerations, international dynamics and direct negotiation/mediation with HMRC to achieve settlement.
Dom engages directly with clients and also via other accountants, lawyers, trustees and other professional advisers to advise on complex tax issues and proactive risk management for mutual clients.
