Experience

Ben is a partner in the transaction services team which advises private equity firms, corporate clients, banks and family offices. He provides financial due diligence, vendor due diligence / assistance and SPA advice.
Ben was most recently at KPMG where he focused on providing financial due diligence to lower to mid-market private equity firms. Prior to that Ben was a partner at Eight Advisory where he built out and led the UK team. Ben has over 25 years deals experience through Alvarez & Marsal and originally at PwC.

Deal experience on over 100 successful transactions. As well as the UK, extensive cross-border expertise in Europe and the US. Wide range of PE and corporate clients served, with deal sizes from £5m to £500m+.
