Ben focusses on family-owned and entrepreneurial businesses, supporting them through the process of raising finance or selling their business.Ben is a Director at Evelyn Partners with M&A experience across a variety of sectors, focusing on healthcare and manufacturing markets. Ben is very well connected within both the private equity and debt community and has established strong relationships with the UK lower-mid market.

Prior to joining the Evelyn Partners team, Ben qualified as a chartered accountant in 2018 before joining the M&A team at Azets, a specialist SME adviser. Ben graduated from the University of Manchester with honours in economics.

  • The MBO of Harvey Jones, a handmade kitchen furniture manufacturer and retailer, to private equity investor Coniston Capital.

  • The majority acquisition of Bamboo Distribution, a UK-based international leader in the recovery, refurbishment, resale and recycling of mobile phones, to private equity investor Rubicon Partners.
