Alistair leads Evelyn Partners’ Professional Services Financial Services practice. Our Financial Services practice serves client across the sector, and is made up of sector specialists in Tax, Assurance, Consulting and Transactions.

Alistair's personal practice spans tax advisory and transactions, primarily to both UK-focused and international Financial Services businesses. He has a particular focus on insurance, investments and broker markets. He also has significant expertise in both financial and regulatory tax accounting.

Experience

Alistair joined Evelyn in 2022 after more than 17 years working in the Big Four. Outside of his tax subject matter expertise, a large part of Alistair’s experience involves leading and working as part of multi-discipline teams, including integrating advisory activity into client programmes effectively and collaboratively.

Notable client work and achievements

Alistair has served on a number of HMRC working groups and has been an active member of industry tax committees for over 10 years, and immediately before joining Evelyn he worked at a high-profile insurance business giving recent experience of the demands placed on clients.
