Led by Rosie Cardale, Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, this session will give you the knowledge and confidence to support your health at any life stage.
We know staying active is important, but do we truly understand how our bodies change over time? This event will explore essential aspects of women’s wellness, including core strength, movement, and long-term well-being.
What to expect:
- Introduction to pelvic health and why it matters for your overall well-being
- How to activate and strengthen your pelvic floor correctly (seated, no gym clothes required)
- Understanding how your body changes through different life stages, including menopause
- Busting common myths about exercise and movement
- Simple and effective ways to stay active for lifelong health
You'll also have the chance to ask Rosie your questions. To make the discussion more personal, submit questions in advance to Bristol-events@evelyn.com.
Enjoy fizz and canapés while networking with like-minded peers.
While this is a female-focused event, we welcome all allies who support women’s empowerment.
We look forward to seeing you there!
