Toby has over 20 years’ experience advising private clients. His focus is on helping entrepreneurs and family businesses with success and succession. His practice also includes high-net-worth individuals, landed and urban estates, clients with residency and domicile issues. Toby is a member of the ICAEW and the CIOT.

Emma have spent time in both Big 4 firms and mid tier practices. Emma loves working with ambitious private businesses, their owners and their families.
Emma works closely with owners, CEO's and CFO's on designing and executing their tax strategy both from a corporate and personal perspective, bridging the gap between their companies and their families and long term ambitions. Emma therefore has a lot of experience advising on corporate restructuring, succession planning, and transactions.
