Recording details

The latest piece of European legislation to combat VAT fraud (CESOP), came into effect at the end of March 2024 with the first filing deadline on 30th April. It has been less than a smooth journey so far: With short timelines, confusion on who is in scope and out of scope, challenges in registration and companies having to wade through swathes of data to extract the right information.

Getting this process right is of vital importance to ensure the correct data is being filed on time to avoid significant fines.

Join Evelyn Partner’s at this webinar, with guest speakers from Authority Software, where we will share experiences and lessons learned from this first reporting period.

The recording will cover topics including:

• Registration challenges
• Issues arising from submissions
• Any changes moving into reporting period two

RISK WARNING
Investment does involve risk. The value of investments and the income from them can go down as well as up. The investor may not receive back, in total, the original amount invested. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. Rates of tax are those prevailing at the time and are subject to change without notice. Clients should always seek appropriate advice from their financial adviser before committing funds for investment. When investments are made in overseas securities, movements in exchange rates may have an effect on the value of that investment. The effect may be favourable or unfavourable.
