He has experienced in advising boards on strategic issues including business structuring, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and disposals"

Audit and advisory for Irish and international clients. He has experience and expertise in multi-jurisdictional international audits for both privately owned businesses and AIM listed companies. He also has extensive experience working with privately owned Irish entities.
