Manju Malhotra

Manju Malhotra is the CEO of Harvey Nichols, the world’s leading luxury retailer. Having joined Harvey Nichols in 1998 as a newly qualified chartered accountant, Manju held a number of roles prior to becoming group finance director in 2010. She was promoted to the role of co-chief operating officer in 2018, with joint responsibility for leading the business, and then she was promoted to CEO in January 2020. Manju’s remit includes responsibility for all UK and international stores as well as the group’s online business. Manju is also a non-executive director of Workspace Group and London & Partners. In her personal time, Manju is an ambassador and mentor of the Camden Spear Trust, which is a charity improving the lives of under-privileged young people. She is also an ambassador of Retail Week’s Be-Inspired, which supports the next generation of business leaders
