Chris Haynes

Chris Haynes joined SureCloud in 2019 as CFO. SureCloud are a provider of cloud-based, Integrated Risk Management solutions and cybersecurity & risk services.   He led the process to secure investment from CGE Partners in 2021, providing liquidity to founding shareholders and funds for the company’s next phase of growth.

Previously, Chris was CFO and Partner at Ipex Capital, a technology venture capital fund with investments in Software, Advanced Materials and Medtech, where he led several exits to trade.  His earlier career was in larger corporates and SMEs in technology and professional services.  He qualified as an ACA with Ernst & Young
