Oaklins Evelyn Partners advised tech-platform Nexus on its sale to VPS Group
Nexus through Link, its market leading proprietary platform, supports the delivery of security staffing solutions in the UK. Utilising an outsourced model, and harnessing cloud-based technology, it is the UK’s largest keyholding and alarm response provider.
VPS Group is a leading European specialist in the protection of people, property and assets on a temporary or emergency basis, as well as offering a wide range of property services for occupied property from locks and glazing to grounds services and remote site security.
Oaklins Evelyn Partners, a specialist adviser to the technology and business support service sectors, worked with the owners of Nexus to conduct an international search to find a new partner to help grow and expand their global reach. The transaction team at Oaklins consisted of Philip Barker, Dylan Polley and Smriti Mittal.
