Intermediaries’ portal help

We have moved to a new, more stable intermediaries' portal with enhanced security.  Here are some FAQs to help you along, but if you have any other queries, get in touch with your usual Evelyn Partners contact.

Why have you changed / updated your portal?

Many of you have been asking us for an intermediaries’ portal that’s quicker, more stable and more secure and we’re really pleased to announce its launch.

Am I going to have to re-register for the new portal?

We have emailed intermediaries with a link to the new portal and details of how to activate your account. The email contained a reminder of your existing username and instructions on how set up a new password to allow you to log in.

Is there going to be a new web address/URL for the new portal?

Yes, the new portal URL is  https://intermediaries.evelyn.com

What can I do on the portal?

As an Intermediary you can emulate clients, send password resets and unlock accounts

What about my clients who use the existing Evelyn Partners client portal?

Evelyn Partners clients are being migrated to a new client portal too.  If your clients are users of the existing client portal, they will be contacted separately on this and migrated around the same time as you are.

What is my username? I have forgotten it

A reminder of your username was in your activation email. However if you no longer have this and would like another reminder sent to you, please visit intermediaries.evelyn.com , click Login help and then Forgotten username and follow the instructions.

I didn't get the activation / registration email

Please can you check your inbox and spam / junk folders. The email will have come from service@updates.evelyn.com

The link in the registration email doesn't work, what should I do?

If you encounter difficulties with the link please copy and paste the link into the address bar in your browser and see if that works.

Do ensure that you are using a supported browser, for example  the two most recent versions of Chrome, Edge and Safari. Or the most recent version of Firebox.

This is assuming standard settings on your browser / device around cookies, cache, privacy and similar.

How can I change my username?

I have forgotten my password, how can it be reset?

To create a new password, please visit intermediaries.evelyn.com , click Login help and then Create new password and follow the instructions.

Does the Client Portal work on all devices and browsers?

The client portal website will work on the two most recent versions of Chrome, Edge and Safari It will work on the most recent version of Firebox.

The app will work on the two most recent major versions of iOS and Android
