Forgotten Passcode

for Evelyn Partners Mobile App

Step 1

If you can’t remember your passcode to login to the mobile app, click ‘Forgotten your passcode’ below where you would normally enter your passcode on the mobile app to reset it

Step 2

Enter your account details (username and password)

Step 3

You should then receive an email containing a one-time verification code

(Note that your verification code is only valid for 10 minutes. If your code has expired, please click on the “Resend my verification code” link in the mobile app)

Step 4

Enter the 6-digit verification code on your mobile app

Step 5

You will then be asked to create and confirm a new 5-digit passcode

Step 6

You will now be able to use your new passcode to log into your mobile app
