Search for a Client

When you log into the intermediary portal it will take you directly to the ‘Users’ page as shown below. From here you will be able to search for any client that has been assigned to you.

1. You can search for a partial or a full client name in the Username field

2. Click Find users


3. The number of results will be displayed below and a list of matching clients

4. Click on client name to open client record

5. The record will open on the Customer overview page

6. In the left panel, there are several options to view more client information
