Our Financial Planning programme will lay the foundation for your career, equipping you with the skills, knowledge and acumen you need to become a world-class Financial Planner. You will learn to build lasting relationships and authentic connections with clients, to enable you to earn their trust with a goal to partnering them to achieve their financial aspirations.
The day-to-day

With expert guidance, you’ll learn how to develop meaningful relationships, assess a client’s complete financial position, and build holistic plans to evolve with their lifestyle – recommending services and products that will deliver for their needs, goals and aspirations. You’ll also collaborate closely with your colleagues in Investment Management, building a knowledge of portfolio construction, and how these portfolios can be used to leverage success.
Graduates:
Personal Finance Society Diploma (DipPFS) and Chartered Insurance Institutes Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and Advanced Diploma in financial Planning, with a view to becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.
You’ll be supported in completing your professional qualification via our partnerships with market-leading training providers, allowing you to gain the expert knowledge needed to jump-start your career in Financial Planning.
Our training will ensure that you develop a broad range of skills, while learning how to apply your new knowledge to real client scenarios. And you won’t do it alone – you’ll be joining as part of a cohort with your own personal support network, including a buddy to offer first-hand experience.

School Leavers
Our job is to turn your ideas and ambition into professional success. That’s why many of our school leaver programmes are Level 7 apprenticeships, equivalent to a master’s degree. If you're a school leaver, we’re keen to meet you.
Interns & Placements
We offer 6-week summer internships and 12-month placements for students in their penultimate year at university. Working on real projects, you’ll get a glimpse of what it would be like to join us as a graduate.
