Paul Bosson

Paul currently sits on the boards of two international, private equity backed technology businesses, Elucidat and Cooper Software, as well as being an advisor to several private equity firms contemplating investments.  He also acts as mentor to CFOs working in private equity portfolio companies.  He splits his time between the UK and Uganda where he works in a voluntary capacity.

Prior to developing his portfolio career, Paul was a serial CFO of private equity backed technology businesses achieving 5 successful exits over a 15-year period, including CFO of Access, Masternaut and Sophis.  Paul has worked with some of the most prestigious private equity firms including Francisco Partners, TA Associates, Horizon Capital, Advent International and Permira.

Previously, Paul held a number of senior positions with large blue-chip organisations, latterly as European Finance Director for the Australian telecommunications group, Telstra.

Paul qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse, London and holds an engineering degree from Imperial College, London and an MBA from Henley Management College. More recently, he gained a MA in theology.
