Mike Malaure

Mike is a Managing Partner at Re-X Global, a professional services firm helping organisations to achieve sustainability advantages in their businesses and investments.  During his career, he has served as a member of international task forces on sustainable development, climate-related disclosures, responsible investing, and carbon markets.

Prior to Re-X, Mike served as a board advisor (and interim CFO) to high technology companies focused on improving the way we live, work and regenerate our world.  Before this he was Managing Director - International of Stericycle's ESG businesses and Director with International SOS.

Mike started his career in corporate finance with Shearson Lehman providing strategic advisory and execution services in raising capital, investments, mergers and acquisitions, business sales, and IPOs. To date, he has led and advised on more than 100 corporate transactions totalling over $10bn in value.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Securities & Investment. He holds a CF from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, MBA in International Business and MA in International Marketing from Brunel University.
