Remember us... Susan and Lauren... you got us our house here on Sloan Canyon?! We've been meaning to call/write... every so often one of us says "we need to call Evelyn & take her out to dinner..." but it seems we never have the time. We've been so busy... We still love the house. There have been NO disappointments in the house itself (none, believe it or not, it is perfect in all ways!)...the only glitch in paradise has been that they just started developing the land between us and the middle school. Fortunately, there is quite a large buffer zone around our property where the zoning is agricultural, 2 acre minimum... so the developers can't get too close to us... but the bulldozers- even though they aren't too close, are loud and ugly! I'm 9 months pregnant and ready to go at any time now... so you can imagine how hectic our lives have been since we moved in last December. Can't believe it's almost a year... I hope you know that we both believe that you are the best real estate agent in the business... we wouldn't be living here now if it weren't for you! We are looking forward to referring our friends or anyone who asks us to you... Your web site is great!

We held open houses, had flyers etc. and had our home clean and presentable to sell. One day Evelyn came through our home just to view it. We were amazed at her reaction to our home and quite pleased.
We had spoken to other representatives of realty companies and offered to pay a commission if they brought us a qualified buyer. None responded. However Evelyn said she was eager to show our home and would agree to work with us on this basis.
We had left the State to sign papers on our new home we had purchased and during this time Evelyn called us and requested that she show the house. When we came back to Calif. we decided to list the house with Evelyn due to her wonderful response to our home. Evelyn listed our home the next morning and it sold that day. Not only did Evelyn list our home but she raised the price over and above what we had it listed for. The first people through bought it for full price with no contingencies.
We cannot appreciate her attitude and professionalism enough. Evelyn didn't have one thing that we needed to correct in our home to sell it, if anything praised us for the condition it was in. We especially were impressed with her showing the house while it was still listed as "FOR SALE BY OWNER"
Evelyn you are the best. We would have no hesitation on buying or selling through Evelyn Taibi....
